Job Basics:

Full time 7-12 Math Teaching position available beginning  school year.  Responsibilities include teaching of the secondary science curriculum to 7-12th graders.  This Math position includes general math, Geometery, Algebra and Advanced Math. Scobey School provides 1:1 technology to students with iPads, chrome books and 1 dedicated computer lab.  

The position requires a valid Montana Teaching Certificate/License, or the ability to secure a Class 5 certificate at the time of employment.  Salary based upon education level and years teaching.  Employer paid health coverage is available.

Position can be combined with extra-curricular coaching and advisor positions.

We are a 4-day school week.  Other benefits include free lunch, free access to all activities and flexible discretionary leave.

Our community is very supportive of the arts. Scobey’s community symphony, The Prairie Symphonette, practices twice weekly and puts on two concerts a year. The Dirty Shame Show, a variety show held the last weekend in June, has been in operation since 1967. Scobey is home to the Jack Reiner Big Band, which plays regional events and benefits.
