Are you a recent graduate who is aspiring to become aspiring child psychologist/ Speech and Language therapist / Pastoral Support Worker?
Your RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for students with Autism and ADHD.
Responsibilities include:
- One-to-one support for students’ academic and social development
- Providing personal care for pupils with SEN needs
- Assisting with Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Supporting classroom engagement and participation
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and professionals
- Monitoring and recording student progress
- Previous experience with SEN (highly desirable)
- Willingness to provide personal care
- TA & Childcare Level 1/2/3 qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education
- Flexible and proactive approach
