Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services to inpatients. Conduct thorough evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform necessary procedures. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including nurses, therapists, and internists, to optimize patient care. Manage call coverage and respond to patient needs outside of scheduled hours (night and weekend call). Qualifications for Success:
Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR). Fellowship preferred, but not mandatory. Valid Montana medical license to practice medicine without restrictions. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS to demonstrate your commitment to patient safety.

Experience with inpatient rehabilitation is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments. Don't let credentialing delay your contribution!
