4-24-2025 - On Hold Locum Tenens Cardiologist needed in Montana! Approximately 2 hours from Saint Xavier! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiology Physician for a short-term locum tenens assignment focused exclusively on inpatient care. This opportunity is perfect for a qualified professional looking to provide specialized care in a supportive and dynamic environment. Position Details:
Location:
Billings, Montana
Schedule:
August 25 - September 7, and October 20 - November 2
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 5 PM;
On-call Saturday and Sunday from 5 PM - 6 AM Coverage Type:
Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call Patient Load:
Approximately 25 patients per shift Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient care including transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) and cardioversions Participate in weekend on-call rotations Supervise a team of advanced practice providers Perform assigned patient rounds Requirements:
License:
Active MT or IMLC-eligible
Certifications:
Board Certification (or Eligible) in Cardiology Fellowship Required ACLS & BLS required Temporary Privileges:
Not available Credentialing Timeline:
Approx. 90 days Additional Information:
