We have an exciting locum tenens opportunity available for a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist. The assignment is located near Roundup, Montana, and offers a unique chance to practice in both an outpatient and inpatient setting. Inpatient and outpatient coverage required Shift Coverage:

Cerner, with preferred knowledge of Pro Vation Support:
Advanced practice provider (APP) support available in the clinic Patient Load: 3-15 patients per shift (variable) Procedures

Required:

Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy Foreign body removal Fulguration of bleeder (cautery or laser) Injection of varices ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic) Colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision Liver biopsy Esophageal manometry interpretation Small bowel biopsy Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) Requirements:
License:
Must be licensed in Montana or eligible through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

Certifications:

ACLS and BLS required; PALS preferred if providing pediatric care Fellowship:
Gastroenterology fellowship required Hospital Privileges:
Required, but temporary privileges are not available Trauma Level: Facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center Additional Information:
