Job Description

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services – Warm Springs, MT, is seeking a Staff Psychiatrist. The department's mission is to promote and protect the health, well-being, and self-sufficiency of all Montanans.

The Inpatient Unit (IPU) offers:

• 8 16-hour shifts per month
• No night call
• 12 beds per 8-hour shift or 15 beds per 10-hour shift

Minimum Qualifications

• A Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and completion of an appropriate residency program approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Montana or will obtain license to practice medicine in the State of Montana within twelve months of starting the position.
