Family Medicine Physician. Full-time or part-time available.

Position Summary: Under the general direction and supervision of the Medical Director and working under a contract, the Family Practice Physician's primary job function is to provide clinic-based comprehensive primary care to patients of Southwest Montana Community Health Center (SWMTCHC).

• FLSA Exempt.
• Flexible scheduling - we can offer at least 20 hours and up to 40 per week.

• The physician will provide team leadership that promotes a culture of safety, quality, cooperation, advocacy and collaboration.
• Physician works independently and interdependently with other clinic providers including other primary care providers, behavioral health providers, clinical pharmacy and dental providers. Job performance is evaluated through direct observation, consultation, and written documentation.
• Our providers enjoy access to AI-assisted charting tools and access to Maven, a platform for real-time consultation with specialists.

• M.D./D.O (unrestricted) with board certification in Family Practice Medicine.
• Valid license/DEA in jurisdiction of clinic required.
• Two years of experience in practice preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Two years of prior experience in a primary care or community health center environment is preferred.
• Experience serving vulnerable patient populations across the lifespan is highly preferred.
