Physician-Led Medicine in Montana. Seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician as we open a brand-new clinic and hospital in central Montana in early 2026. Expand your primary care practice at our Critical Access Hospital in Harlowton. You will be employed and supported by Billings Clinic, the largest and most comprehensive independent health system in Montana, and you will work at Wheatland Memorial Healthcare.
Responsibilities- Full-spectrum Family Medicine (no OB) with outpatient, inpatient, and emergency coverage
- Collaborate with specialists at our regional multi-specialty clinics (80+ specialties)
- Utilize integrated regional EHR
- Access 24-hour telemedicine support from board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians (E-Avera)
- Telemedicine and virtual visits available
- Coordinate care with our Level I Trauma Center, Regional Operations Center, and tertiary center nearby in Billings
- Med Flight aeromedical transport includes rotor wing and fixed wing (based in Billings and Bozeman)
Harlowton, Montana — on-site role within a new facility supported by a $19 million USDA investment. Central Montana location offers access to outdoor recreation and a family-friendly community.
Qualifications- Board eligible/certified in Family Medicine (BE/BC in Family Medicine)
