Overview

Yellowstone Club is paradise in Montana. A private residential community in Big Sky, Montana, Yellowstone Club offers its Members the world’s only private ski and golf community. Our Members love the 18-hole golf course, rivers, hiking, biking, and more. Our employees help create the Yellowstone Club experience. Yellowstone Club’s Health & Wellness department is seeking candidates for a Spa Reservationist for the upcoming Summer season (June–September).

The purpose of a Spa Reservationist is to facilitate impeccable Member and guest services and assist in the daily operations of the spa.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining service standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of guest service.
  • Guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism at all times, represent Yellowstone Club professionally with Members and guests, and ensure all transactions are handled legally and ethically.
  • Understand and apply property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment for employees, Members, and guests. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster a positive working environment.
Essential Job Functions
  • Initiate interaction with Members, guests, and prospective Members to obtain and disperse information.
  • Identify efficient ways to meet Member expectations and provide accurate and timely information regarding spa services.
  • Facilitate spa reservations and charge the appropriate Member account for services rendered.
  • Interface with other departments to meet Member, guest, and prospective Member requests.
  • Enter charges for services and create client profiles using a club/resort management system.
  • Answer inquiries by telephone, facsimile, email, and mail; keep detailed records of Member preferences and requests.
  • Practice creative problem solving.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with Club policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance, and consistency standards.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude; treat Members, guests, vendors, customers, and co-workers with professionalism.
  • Maintain privacy of Members; maintain a clean and neat appearance; communicate effectively with all employees and leaders.
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; long hours may be required.
  • Assist Locker Room attendant duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience/

    Education Required:

    High school diploma, GED or vocational training; 1–2 years’ experience in customer service; strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Experience/Education Preferred:
    College degree; previous spa experience.
  • Certificates & Licenses:
    Valid State Driver’s License.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Intermediate/advanced keyboarding; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Language Ability:
    Ability to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, coworkers, vendors, and other Yellowstone Club departments; ability to write clearly and legibly.
  • Math Ability:
    Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Reasoning Ability:
    Ability to solve basic problems or know when to involve a manager for problem solving.
  • Work Environment:
    Typical work environment described; reasonable accommodations possible for disabilities; work may occur outdoors in inclement weather as required.
  • Physical Demands:
    Ability to walk, lift up to 20 pounds, sit for extended periods, and operate a computer; occasional reaching and hearing requirements.
