Job Details

Position Overview:

The Project Manager with lead the entire life cycle of assigned projects, providing leadership to the Project Superintendent, subs, and suppliers and ensuring a quality and timely construction process.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Job planning
• Subcontractor selection & agreements
• Budget creation and control
• Handled all project documentation:
  Buy Outs, Purchase Orders, Insurance Certifications, bonds, etc
• Create project schedule & ensure milestones are met
• Review & process shop drawings, change orders, submittals
• Work with project owners, architects, subcontractors, etc
• Ensure quality assurance and control
• Lead daily and weekly project meetings to ensure uniform communication across team

Required Qualifications:

• Project Management construction experience
• Ground up build experience
• Residential or commercial construction
• $2M+ projects
• Procore
• Microsoft Projects
