• Support the Program Manager in executing and overseeing program management and reporting activities for government contracts
• Manage the development, coordination, review, and submission of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
• Ensure deliverables align with contract requirements, including the Statement of Work (SOW) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)
• Maintain and track the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) while supporting schedule performance monitoring
• Conduct internal compliance checks prior to deliverable submission to ensure adherence to DoD and customer requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience supporting government programs in a structured contracting environment
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering government CDRLs
• Working knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and contract compliance requirements
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, EVM tools, Jira, or equivalent)

• Experience working within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
• Proven ability to create, implement, and adhere to standardized templates and documentation governance processes
• Experience supporting formal program reviews and government audits
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
