Montana Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to serve as a strategic and performance-driven leader responsible for driving profitable growth through independent agency partnerships in the organization’s largest and most established Puget Sound territory.

• Lead sales growth and profitability in your region by partnering with independent agencies.
• Cultivate and strengthen agent relationships through coaching, mentorship, and strategic planning.
• Identify market opportunities using data and analytics and implement creative strategies to drive revenue across all lines of business.
• Recruit, onboard, and support new agencies to ensure long-term success.
• Serve as the go-to resource for agency development, product expertise, and competitive positioning.

• 5+ years of insurance sales, agency management, or related experience, with a strong background in Washington’s independent agency channel.
• Proven ability to grow relationships, drive results, and lead with influence.
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CIC or other industry certifications a plus.

Location: Candidate must be located in Montana. This is a field position with work during our core Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

Hiring Range: $113,867 - $140,381

Salary Range: $113,867 - $161,333
