Machine Operators

Deerfield Packaging is looking for hardworking, Self‑motivated individuals to join our team. 12‑hour shift opportunities are available. Variety Of Machine operation position open for all skill levels. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not a requirement.

• Keep thorough and accurate paperwork as required
• Consistent speed and productivity while working
• Close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work with a team to accomplish company goals
• Strict attention and adherence to safety guidelines including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Willingness to keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Adherence to attendance policy

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing/industrial facility
