Overview

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide and participate in an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Uphold a high standard of integrity and ethics to comply with Company Policies and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for Guests and Associates in an open-kitchen setting.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

Base pay range: $29.50/hr - $32.50/hr
