* Develop LIDAR and 3D sensing systems based on a silicon photonics integrated semiconductor chip platform
* Specify and source application-specific hardware and electronics
* Write system control and data acquisition software
* Develop test methods, processes and procedures for LIDAR system characterization
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* PhD in engineering or a related field
* 3+ years of relevant experience, including working with LIDAR systems
* Proficiency in MATLAB/C++ coding
* Ability to adapt and operate under tight deadlines
* Strong communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
* Knowledge of silicon photonic circuits
* Experience of ASIC design
* Experience of PCB design
