We help financial advisors guide these clients wherever their lives may lead by providing advice, financial planning ideas, and connections to other finance and insurance professionals ready to help.

About the JobWe’re looking for native Japanese speakers for full-time administrative support positions in our Japanese Platform, part of a passionate team headquartered in our Monrovia, California office.

PrimaryRoles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings to ensure seamless communication and organization
- Translate documents, emails, and materials between English and Japanese for internal teams, clients, advisors, and vendors
- Prepare supporting materials for meetings to help facilitate productive discussions
- Manage the preparation and mailing of documents and packages to clients and advisors in a timely manner
- Draft and summarize emails for frontline teams, including translation when necessary, to ensure clear and effective communication
- Plan, procure, and manage inventory of supplies for events
- Organize and maintain documents in Microsoft 365 SharePoint for easy access and reference
- Accurately enter and update data in Dynamics 365 to support business operations
- Attend meetings and client study sessions as needed to stay informed and provide support
- Provide event support for corporate events and meetings, with occasional events occurring on weekends or evenings; occasional travel may also be required to support these events
- Bilingual in Japanese, with native-level proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing, along with the ability to communicate effective in English at a professional level
