Description

As a Payroll Processors, you will be responsible for data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. Payroll Processing:

· Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.

· Ensure accuracy in time and attendance records and apply relevant payroll policies.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

· Enter and maintain employee data in the payroll system.

· Keep accurate records of employee information, tax with holdings, and other payroll-related details.

Tax Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.

· Calculate and withhold income taxes, Social Security contributions, and other deductions as required.

Benefits Administration:

· Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans

· Deduct and remit employee contributions to benefit plans.

Payroll Reporting:

· Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant departments.

· Generate reports for tax purposes, including year-end reports and W-2 forms.

Requirements

Payroll Processor with strong MS Office skills, attention to detail and ability to work well in a busy office environment will be considered.
