We are representing a growing, well-established firm in Pittsburgh seeking a talented General Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role is designed for a practitioner who wants to focus on high-level legal work and advocacy without the "origination" grind.

The Role:

Impact & Advocacy

You will take a lead role in managing a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution. This is not a "back-office" research role; you will be the face of the firm in the courtroom.

• Lead Litigation:
  Manage discovery, draft substantive motions, and develop winning case strategies.
• Courtroom Presence:
  Regularly appear in hearings, take and defend depositions, and lead trials.
• Client Counsel:
  Act as a primary point of contact, providing clear, strategic legal advice.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of dedicated litigation experience (General, Commercial, or Insurance Defense).
• Credentials:
  Active license in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Skillset:
  Exceptional legal writing, a sharp analytical mind, and the confidence to stand up in court.
