HR Coordinator

📍 Monroeville, PA | 💰 $60,000–$65,000
Hybrid schedule with initial onsite training

About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support leadership and office operations in a stable, family-owned organization. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of HR and administrative experience—experienced enough to work independently, but flexible and eager to learn company-specific processes.

HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage trade shows and corporate events, including travel arrangements, itineraries, and venue bookings (some travel required, approximately every 3 years)

  • The HR Coordinator will support leadership directly with recruiting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating meetings

  • Assist with onboarding and exit interviews

  • The HR Coordinator will provide backup support for the office manager as needed

  • Manage payroll tasks (monthly ACH, salary-based), 401k, and benefits administration

  • Handle cash receipts, expense reports, and other general administrative tasks

Candidate Requirements for the HR Coordinator Role

  • 2–4 years of HR or administrative experience

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage travel and event logistics

  • Comfortable supporting senior leadership directly in a small-to-medium office environment

  • Eager to learn company-specific processes and grow within the role
