About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support leadership and office operations in a stable, family-owned organization. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of HR and administrative experience—experienced enough to work independently, but flexible and eager to learn company-specific processes.
HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage trade shows and corporate events, including travel arrangements, itineraries, and venue bookings (some travel required, approximately every 3 years)
The HR Coordinator will support leadership directly with recruiting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating meetings
Assist with onboarding and exit interviews
The HR Coordinator will provide backup support for the office manager as needed
Manage payroll tasks (monthly ACH, salary-based), 401k, and benefits administration
Handle cash receipts, expense reports, and other general administrative tasks
Candidate Requirements for the HR Coordinator Role
2–4 years of HR or administrative experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage travel and event logistics
Comfortable supporting senior leadership directly in a small-to-medium office environment
Eager to learn company-specific processes and grow within the role
