2nd Shift, Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm, OT as required (Saturdays)

The Truck Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and compliant transportation of ingredients, equipment, and supplies between Sabrosura Foods facilities and approved third-party logistics (3PL) partner locations. This role requires strict adherence to DOT regulations, GMPs, food safety standards, and company procedures while ensuring accurate documentation and vehicle cleanliness.

• Transport ingredients, equipment, and supplies between Sabrosura Foods facilities and approved third-party logistics (3PL) locations.
• Complete and maintain accurate transportation documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and delivery records.
• Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Comply with all DOT, federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Follow all SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Communicate safety, quality, or transportation issues to management.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as required.

• Valid CDL Class B license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to maintain required DOT medical certification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Attention to detail and ability to complete accurate transportation documentation.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality to meet transportation schedules.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of CDL driving experience required.
• Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments preferred but not required.

• Ability to perform moderately strenuous work, including standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, and squatting.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Work environment may include cool or wet conditions, moderate noise levels, and exposure to approved cleaning and sanitation chemicals.
