Job Summary

Cleaver‑Brooks is looking for an Assembler in Monroe, WI. The role requires assembling various sub‑assemblies and final assemblies to meet print and worksheet specifications. Pay starts at $20.07 per hour. Work hours are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday‑Friday, with optional overtime available.

• Read and interpret blueprints and follow various work instructions.
• Assemble burner assemblies and sub‑assemblies in accordance with print and worksheet requirements.
• Proficiently visualize how components should be assembled.
• Use a variety of hand tools including drills and air tools.
• Work well with fellow employees, actively participating in employee involvement activities and problem‑solving.
• Fully support and promote safety at all times.
• Apply intellect, creativity, adaptability, judgment, and management skills to achieve required results.
• Ensure duties and company projects are accomplished efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Support peers and management with internal and external projects.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work area. Work well with minimum supervision.

Standing, bending, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Periodically during the work shift. Dexterity required to work safely with power and hand tools.

Normal hazards associated with working in a metal‑fabricating environment. Personal protective equipment required: safety glasses, steel‑toed shoes, and hearing protection. Additional PPE may be required depending on the work performed, such as a face shield or respirator.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Two years of experience in an assembly manufacturing environment.
