Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, providing BLS, ALS, and critical care as needed
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients per SSM protocols and medical direction
- Safely operate ambulances and maintain full readiness of vehicles, equipment, and supplies
- Accurately document all patient care in timely, professional reports
- Collaborate with hospitals, dispatch, law enforcement, and other agencies
- Participate in training, onboarding, and quality assurance activities
- Licensed as a Paramedic in the State of Wisconsin
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current AHA CPR and ACLS certifications
- PALS certification (or completed within 3 months)
- Completion of EVOC or CEVO (or within 6 months)
- 100% paid health, dental, and vision for employee; 75% paid for family
- $100,000 life insurance policy, 100% paid for employee
- Simple IRA with a 3% match
- PTO
