SSM Health is actively recruiting a full‑time (1.0 FTE) Advanced Practitioner Float to assist with primary care access throughout Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois clinic locations. New graduate nurse practitioners and physician assistants are welcome to apply; they will receive a best‑in‑class onboarding experience and professional support from a dynamic team of physicians and advanced practitioners.

• Locations
  • Wisconsin – Monroe, New Glarus, Brodhead, Albany, Colony Brands (direct to employer clinic)
  • Illinois – Freeport, Lena, Durand
• Daytime clinical hours – Monday‑Friday, with opportunity for additional shifts or flex hours at Freeport Urgent Care

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in WI & IL
• Adaptable team player

The posted pay range for this position reflects what SSM Health reasonably expects, in good faith, to offer based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
