The Position- Lead a team of wastewater operators through key projects across the plant
- Work cross‑functionally across continuous improvement, quality and safety
- Troubleshoot operator and monitor the wastewater function
- Long‑term career progression, bonuses, and full company benefits on offer
- Wastewater / water purification leader
- Strong analytical or problem‑solving skills
- Preferably have an Associate’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Operations Management or similar
