Salary: $90,000 - $100,000, bonus in

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

Overview

As the Account Manager, Sales (Bioclinic Naturals), you will be responsible for growing and maintaining Bioclinic Naturals sales in the assigned territory within the professional channels.

We are a growing company and a leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Qualify and open new accounts with health care professionals and practitioners
  • Facilitate new account set-up, orders, credits, returns, and account adjustments
  • Achieve established territory goals and projections as provided by Head Office: new account openings, sales targets, new product sales
  • Grow territory sales by developing strong relationships, commitment to the brand and product knowledge by exhibiting dependability and follow-through on commitments
  • Establish, prepare, and detail accounts on a regular call cycle in person, by fax, email or by telephone communicating regular updates and special promotions
  • Manage territory call cycle, an expense account and arrange travel plans under the travel/events guidelines provided
  • Provide detailed monthly reports/feedback including call cycle, challenges, opportunities, competitor intelligence and feedback
  • Stay current on the new products, updates, product changes or modifications, industry trends and identify opportunities for the company
  • Provide input toward the development of sales and marketing tools, education resources and materials including but not limited to webinars and continuing education (CE) courses as requested
  • Participate in, and assist with, the coordination of special events, plant tours, conferences and trade shows within the defined territory or as requested
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in sales (nutritional supplement sales to health retailers strongly preferred)
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional customer service skills - following through in a detailed and timely manner on all customer questions and concerns
  • Naturopathic Doctor degree or other formal natural/holistic health education an asset
  • Previous sales experience within the health care professional supplement industry an asset
