Job Summary
The Rental Coordinator assists customers with parts, service, equipment rental, and training needs. Responsibilities include serving customers in person or over the phone, following up with calls to ensure satisfaction, scheduling delivery and pick‑up of equipment, coordinating preventive maintenance and repair, completing paperwork, logging data, and reconciling inventory assets. The role also requires professional representation of the company through continued industry education, attendance at required meetings, coordination with member companies and departments, maintaining cleanliness and proper attire, and effective communication.

- Assist customers with parts, service, equipment rental, and training needs.
- Serve customers in person or over the phone, ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Conduct follow‑up calls to confirm that customers have no questions or concerns.
- Schedule timely delivery and pick‑up of equipment, preventive maintenance, and repair.
- Complete appropriate paperwork, log and input data, and reconcile inventory assets.
- Represent the company by attending required meetings, staying current on industry education, and coordinating with member companies, departments, and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and communicate articulately.
- Promote and adhere to strict safety standards (Safety Always the Right Choice).

- Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with DBS, construction equipment knowledge, and general office equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license.
