Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests.
  • Provide various customer services, including assisting customers with locating and selecting items.
  • Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
  • Handle telephone calls and orders promptly and courteously.
  • Assist in decorating and merchandising the department, keeping supplies, carts, tools, and floors organized and clean.
  • Prepare flower arrangements, process and fill balloon orders, and maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, and quality.
  • Operate a cash register and make change in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain customer records and files properly.
