These roles will support our framed and frameless cabinet assembly lines.

• Follow established production standards, safety guidelines, procedures, and rules.
• Perform safe lifting and precision use of tools.
• Builder:
  Check parts for defects before laying them out; follow work instructions for installation using nails and staple guns.
• Builder:
  Put the jigs on the corner of the cabinet, locate the blocks and spreaders, and then attach parts to cabinet using staple gun.
• Kitter:
  Read each tag to correctly gather and organize cabinet parts into assigned carts. Stage completed kits for other departments.

• Staple gun, hammer, tape measure, scanner, carts, and other miscellaneous tools.

• Strong focus on safety.

• Team focus – ready to learn and lend a helping hand.
• English communication skills (reading, speaking, and understanding) to perform essential job duties such as following safety procedures, reading production documentation, and communicating with leads and supervisors.
• Manufacturing experience preferred (not required).
