Occupational Therapist (PRN)
Join the team at Regency Pacific Management as a PRN Occupational Therapist. This role involves evaluating, planning, organizing and administering occupational therapy services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest quality care.
Responsibilities- Support Occupational/Physical Therapist Assistants by providing periodic training and guidance.
- Maintain documentation of all treatment provided in accordance with clinic directives, and prepare required records and reports.
- Provide appropriate therapeutic procedures and a full range of therapy services in support of patient referrals; deliver safe and timely patient care.
- Develop realistic, documented treatment goals that satisfy the intent of the referring medical staff; plan and prepare written treatment programs based on an evaluation of the patient.
- Administer manual exercises to improve and maintain function; instruct, motivate, and assist patients in performing various physical activities, including non‑manual and ambulatory functional activities, daily‑living activities, and use of assistive devices such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.
- Record treatment, response, and progress in the patient’s chart and/or automated systems; instruct patients and families in treatment procedures to continue at home.
- Evaluate, fit, and adjust the patient’s prosthetic and orthotic devices and recommend modifications as required; coordinate treatment with physicians and other staff members to obtain additional patient information, suggest revisions, and integrate occupational therapy with other aspects of care.

- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Baccalaureate or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a program accredited by ACOTE.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Washington State.
