Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers up to $725 toward naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs for eligible associates with at least one year of employment.

Responsibilities- Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with self‑administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider and observe/report responses to your supervisor.
- Certified Medication Aides/Techs ensure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, provide accurate counts of all medications, and communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
- Completion of training/certification is required in accordance with state regulations.
