General Laborer​/Driver

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Be on time and ready to work.
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
• Guarantee quality standards are met on deliverables.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment (16' box truck).
• Monitor work activities to make sure demo haul off and pick up are on schedule.
• Loading box truck with demo from job sites and delivering to waste station.
• Helping onsite crews with material off load and pick up from numerous locations.
• Oversee the warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Resolve problems in a prompt fashion.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and L&I.
• Daily monitoring of vehicle and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

• Proven experience as construction laborer and driver.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Good physical condition and stamina (must have).
• High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade.
• Clean driving record (will be verified).

This is a position which requires the Laborer/Driver to frequently walk, stand and climb stairs in/around apartment homes, models, and properties. Must also use computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 75+ lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100.00 per week.
