Senior Sales Associate

Leverage your retail proficiency to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to Kate Spade New York’s brand excellence in a dynamic store environment.

• Client & Service Expert – Achieve individual sales goals, develop deep product knowledge across categories, and create a personalized guest experience that embodies the Kate Spade brand.
• Leadership Presence – Meet personal sales targets, collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture, and participate in business‑driving events.
• Building Brand Equity – Communicate the brand aesthetic and philosophy to guests and the sales team, build strong client relationships, and relay customer feedback to management.
• Operational Excellence – Supervise store opening/closing procedures, manage register funds, complete deposits, and secure the facility.

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in luxury or comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills, proven contribution to an elevated selling culture, and a sense of personal style.
• Ability to work a store schedule, including evenings and weekends; stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lb; climb ladders.

Base Pay Range – $15.00 to $17.75 per hour. Tapestry, Inc. complies with minimum wage requirements and additional laws as applicable.
