Developmental Disabilities Nurse - RN - Every other weekend 7a-7p or Sun & Weds 7a-7p

Location: Monroe, OH

RN Pay: $35-$36/hr

• Perform duties as outlined in the plan of care, such as medication administration, personal care, light housekeeping and day-to-day support.
• Maintain a 2:2 ratio of individuals through a consistent caseload.
• Effectively communicate updates and changes to the patient’s status to the supervising RN.
• Maintain a safe patient environment.
• Provide emotional and social support and compassionate care to patients.
• Maintain current patient records and progress notes.
• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and establish a plan of care with the physician.

• Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license.
• Nursing experience within Home Care/Home Health, Private Duty Nursing, Long Term Care, or Disability Services is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
