A Nurse Practitioner for Premier Physician Network (PPN) provides primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in the center following established standards and practices of the center and PPN.

• Full‑time, 80 hours per pay period

• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Have excellent patient relation skills.
• Have high productivity.
• Have continuous concern with quality.
• Willingness to follow standard practice of medicine.
• Adhere to office policies and procedures and all Federal, State, and Local billing requirements to include HIPAA Privacy and Security. Must understand and adhere to “incident to” policies.

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with active State issued licensure, with no restrictions, and Certificate to Prescribe.
• Current Ohio licensure as a registered nurse.
• Current Certification in field.
• Current CPR/BCLS, ACLS or PALS certifications.
