Senior Machine Operator; Extrusion

Position: Senior Machine Operator (Extrusion)

Experienced operators can start at $23.00/hour (+$2.00/hour shift differential). Advancement opportunities include opportunities to grow technically or into leadership positions.

Shift:

Days: 7:45 am to 8:00pm (2-2-3 schedule)

Nights: 7:45 pm to 8:00 am (2-2-3 schedule)

Advancement Levels:

Operator B to Operator A to Production Tech

What you'll bring and what you'll do on the job:

* Previous machine operator experience required.

* Ability to follow directions (in writing and verbally provided in English).

* Effectively communicate information and direction to individuals and/or groups.

* Ability to efficiently and effectively set up extrusion lines to meet productivity, quality and safety standards.

* Ability to monitor, document and troubleshoot processes.

* Attention to detail

* Identify and perform autonomous preventative maintenance and/or raise concerns to the appropriate individuals.

* Focus on safety, quality and meeting customer requirements

* Ability to perform precise measurements using basic math and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers etc.)

* Ability to validate competency level within the required time frame.
