Starting Pay: $20.00/hour + $2.00 Shift Differential

Full-Time Days - 6:45am to 7:00pm (2-2-3 schedule)

Nights - 6:45pm to 7:00am (2-2-3 schedule)

We're looking for a Compound Operator to join our high-performing team. In this role, the Compound Operator is responsible for daily staging and operation of mixing equipment to meet the demand required. Compound Operator will be responsible for Quality, Safety and housekeeping during the shift while working in small teams

What You'll Do:

* Loading blend towers with raw materials.

* Run batches as scheduled.

* Assist in troubleshooting with other operators as needed.

* Watch over equipment as other operators break for lunch.

* Conduct routine checks relating to housekeeping and quality throughout the shift.

* Make suggestions to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality.

* Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department or crew.

* Work on new equipment and production floor design as needed.

* Participate in intra-company, cross functional improvement teams.

What You Bring:

* Ability to work outside for short periods in all seasons.

* Good communication and listening skills

* Ability to work 12-hour shifts
