• Possesses basic computer skills; familiarity with PSI software is an asset

• Consistently meets company standards for safety, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Knowledgeable in ISO procedures and work instructions; completes all required documentation accurately
• Adheres strictly to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and provide support to other departments as needed
• Dependable and flexible when taking on additional responsibilities
• Actively participates in team and company meetings to remain aligned with goals and updates
• Supports the onboarding and training of new and temporary employees
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
• Performs additional duties as assigned

• High School Graduate/GED.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating stitching equipment in a print environment.
