Cutter Operator

• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in production and quality control processes
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong ability to collaborate within a team
• Effectively manages multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately follows written and verbal instructions
• Communicates clearly and effectively with manufacturing and operations teams
• Possesses basic computer proficiency; experience with PSI and/or Prestige software is an advantage
• Consistently maintains accurate and complete daily production documentation
• Dedicated to meeting company and departmental standards, including customer requirements, compliance, safety, and quality
• Knowledgeable in ISO Quality Procedures and Work Instructions; experienced in completing required forms and checklists
• Comply with company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
• Flexible and willing to work overtime, weekends, and assist other departments as needed
• Proactively takes on additional responsibilities to support production objectives
• Actively participates in departmental and company-wide meetings
• Supports the training and onboarding of new and temporary employees
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High School Graduate/GED
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating a cutter (experience with Saber cutters preferred) in a commercial printing environment.
