Overview

Deceuninck North America is seeking Pultrusion Operators for its Monroe, OH facility. The Pultrusion Operator will perform product quality checks while stacking and packing products, splice rovings, and monitor chemical levels. Submit your resume for consideration.

PUR Operator - Full-Time

$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• 8:00am to 8:00pm (2-2-3 Schedule)
• 8:00pm to 8:00am (2-2-3 Schedule)
• $17.60/hour for Day shift
• $19.60/hour for Night shift (includes a $2.00 shift differential)

• Perform all required duties in a safe manner by following company policies and procedures and wearing the appropriate PPE.
• Identify carts and properly label packages/carts.
• Lift up to 40 lb doffs (rolls of fiberglass) onto a shelf.
• Drive a forklift to move materials as needed.
• Read part prints, drawings, and schematics.
• Document pultrusion activities and input data into MES; complete Line Inspection Sheets at start and end of shift.
• Enter data accurately in the MES system and maintain quality standards.
• Understand filling hoppers from barrels and monitor the pultrusion process of assigned lines.
• Prepare quality samples every other hour (and check length and gauges every hour if required).
• Maintain continuous cleaning and inspection of lines and areas; relay process information to the on-coming operator.
• Relieve other associates for lunches/breaks and perform autonomous preventative maintenance; report problems.

• Ability to read and write English, including numbers.
• Ability to perform arithmetic functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Must have 20/20 vision with or without corrective glasses.
