Automotive Service Cashier

Overview

Joe Morgan Honda is hiring a full time cashier/receptionist for the service department.

Location:

176 Garver Rd Monroe, 45050

• Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
• 2 weeks vacation after first year
• Holiday Pay
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

• Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every 3rd Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• We are looking for an entry level Cashier.
• The Cashier is responsible for receiving payments from customers and printing invoices for the customer.
• Making sure the customer is taken care of before they leave the service department.
• Ensures that our records and files are kept current and in the order needed for the service department.
• Ability to use a credit card machine and make changes when needed for the customer.
• Answering phones in a professional manner, taking messages and routing calls as necessary.
• Maintaining the customer lounge area is organized and clean for the customers.
• There will be other support tasks assigned by the service and parts department.

• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
