Security Guard - Vehicle Rounds Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and associates by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail environment;
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances and exits, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, potential theft activity, and policy violations, and report observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as directed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, documenting events, and coordinating with law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed;
Complete required reports and logs, support access control as assigned, and communicate clearly with management, store associates, and/or other personnel to address security-related concerns
