Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances, receiving areas, parking lots, and the perimeter; working conditions may vary by site.;
Help to deter theft, disorderly conduct, and/or unauthorized access through visible presence, observation, and timely reporting of suspicious activity.;
Complete required reports and documentation, support investigations as directed, and communicate updates to Allied Universal management and client representatives.
