Job Overview
The ERS Sales Administrative Coordinator is responsible for calling sales leads from the ERS SharePoint site including approximately 1600 annually with some that have 3 or more calls made to secure the sale/information to the customer. This position will generate all work orders related to ERS - Repair / Install / PM orders; validate all ERS invoice information/bill the customers as well as receive all receivables and log all information on a spreadsheet(s) for work orders generated, and ensure receivables are either obtained from customer checks or credit card payment.
The ERS Sales Administrative Coordinator will also aide customers with quotes on different items (Ice Machines, Air Compressors, Water Filtration).
- Participates in selling/calling leads to generate incremental ERS sales and revenue increases
- Handles invoicing, billing, and receivables of all ERS field service sales
- Creates work orders for ERS, repair, install, and PM orders
- Leads communication to customers, Sales, Equipment Services, and other business partners via phone/email
- Performs other duties as assigned
