Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25

Where You Will Work: Union County Employee Health and Wellness (Atrium clinic) located at 412

E. Franklin Street Monroe NC, 28112, serving employees, spouses and dependents of Union County Government.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• 2 years of ambulatory RN experience preferred.
• Experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• BSN preferred.

The RN is responsible for completing registration tasks, rooming patients, performing lab draws, administering vaccines, performing occupational medicine tasks. Other responsibilities include maintaining clinic inventory and ordering both clinical and office supplies. Maintaining the lab manuals including daily temperature, humidity and performing required daily, weekly and monthly QC on lab devices. The RN will be responsible for maintaining clinical documents and communication with the county.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
