The candidate will pour molten metal, assist in roll changes, and operate furnaces while ensuring safety and efficiency. A High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of manufacturing experience is preferred. Strong basic math and computer skills are essential, along with the ability to handle physical work in hot conditions.
