About the job Senior Poultry Production Manager
Are you an experienced leader in poultry operations ready to take your career to the next level? Were seeking a Senior Live Production Manager to lead daily operations, drive production efficiency, and mentor a high-performing team.
What Youll Do- Oversee daily farm operations: breeding, feeding, flock health
- Ensure compliance with biosecurity, animal welfare, and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop farm and department managers
- Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit business goals
- 5-7 years in poultry production, 3+ in a leadership role
- Proven ability to manage large-scale live production
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working field hours, including weekends
- Breeder management experience a plus
