We are currently searching for a Patient Services Specialist to work with both our Ortho Carolina Matthews & Monroe teams.

• Greet patients and prepare paperwork for the patient visit.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls, schedule appointments, and perform cashier duties including posting of charges.
• Collect co-payments, coinsurance, and balances due.
• Follow the process for release of medical information and FMLA/disability forms completion as requested.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Working knowledge of insurance
• Epic/EMR background a plus
• Medical terminology

• High school graduate and/or associate or bachelor’s degree
• Prefer minimum of one year experience in medical clinic setting
