* The Role:

** As a key member of the Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming payments. Your day-to-day duties will include pulling bank and credit card payment details, researching and applying payments to the correct customer accounts, and resolving any misapplied payments. You’ll also provide support to internal and external customers with cash-related inquiries and ensure daily cash reports are created and distributed.

This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records across the organization.
* This position reports to the Cash Application Supervisor*.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Daily, pull bank and credit card payment details.
* Research payments to accurately identify correct customers.
* Post incoming payments to the correct open A/R.
* Timely research misapplied payments across the company.
* Make proper adjustments in a timely manner.
* Assist internal and external customers in request associated with cash.
* Create and send cash total reports on a daily basis.

* What You Will Need:

*** High school diploma (required)
* Two to four years of high-volume Cash Application experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines while working in a time sensitive environment.
* Proven strong customer focus with experience in a role working with multiple personalities.
* Analytical Mindset.
* A drive to see projects to the end.
* Computer ability:
Outlook, Word, Excel.
* Self-motivated, problem solver, capable of managing multiple entities.
* Ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* High-energy, results-oriented approach with strong follow up skills.
* Ability to take direction well.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Reliable and disciplined.
