Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive experience with mechanical systems, controls, and PLCs
- Deep knowledge of maintenance and reliability methods (TPM, FMEA, 5-Why, RCA)
- Proficient with CMMS systems and asset management software
- U.S. citizen or green card holder
- 5+ years of experience leading maintenance and reliability initiatives within an industrial manufacturing setting
- Proven experience developing and managing preventive maintenance (PM) programs and asset strategies
- History of solving complex equipment failures through root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement (CI) actions
- Ability to manage projects, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to capital investment decisions
