Overview

Join a full-service ophthalmology and optometry group serving the Greater Charlotte region. This is a full-time optometrist role with opportunities in Rock Hill, SC and additional volume opportunities in Indian Land, SC and Monroe, NC. The practice is tech-forward using Nextech for EHR/PM and equipped with advanced diagnostics (OCT, visual fields, fundus imaging, topography, dry eye technology, and more). The schedule supports work-life balance with no weekend hours and a two-year contract that transitions to full production in year three and beyond.

• Provide a mix of medical optometry and routine examinations, including glaucoma management and cataract/refractive post-operative co-management.
• Collaborate with a high-volume team and leverage strong staffing support aligned to clinic needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through a CME/CE stipend and a two-week onboarding period plus a 6–8 week “mini residency” track for enhanced medical optometry exposure.
• Operate in a practice with entrepreneurial opportunities and a growth-minded environment that values teamwork.
• Be based in a family-friendly area near Charlotte with access to outdoor recreation and city amenities.

• Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina, or able to obtain licensure.
• Experience preferred; strong new grads and residency-trained candidates are considered.
• Willingness to relocate if applicable and to participate in the start date flexibility for the right candidate.

• Two-year contract with salary and productivity bonus, transitioning to full production in year three and beyond.
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (if applicable).
• CME/CE stipend.
